Intense battles for Pokrovsk and the Yar times continue in the Donetsk region. Russian propagandists invent fakes about “promoting” their troops. However, in fact, Ukrainian defenders reflect every Russian attempt to move. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this in his traditional address.

Zelensky assured that Ukrainian units protect our positions and every Russian attempt to move in Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, after all, they reflect. “It is not easy, but it is the protection of the right of Ukrainians to live. Every such direction is very important,” the head of state added.

• Earlier, the APU denied the statement of Russia about the capture of the city of the Yar times in Donetsk region. According to the speaker of the operative-strategic group of Khortytsa troops, Viktor Tregubov, the situation in the city is “the same as in recent months”.
• On the morning of July 31, the Ministry of Defense of Russia announced the full occupation of the time ravine in Donetsk region. According to the Ukrainian OSINT DEEPSTATE project of July 30, the eastern and northern parts of the city are under the control of Russian troops.
