Zaluzhni published letters from the British who ask how to help Ukraine

The former Armed Forces Head, and now the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK Valery Zaluzhny shared a photo with letters from the British who express support for the Ukrainian people and ask how they can help. The ambassador wrote about it on his Facebook page.

– We received hundreds of letters from residents of different parts of the United Kingdom. They ask what to help, where to get it, and are asked to convey the words of gratitude to the Ukrainians, – Zaluzhny wrote.

The diplomatic mission received A large number of such letters against the backdrop of news about the freezing of US military assistance to Ukraine and the situation in the oval office during the meeting of the Presidents of Ukraine and the US Vladimir Zelensky and Donald Trump.

– I write to you with a heart full of admiration and adamant support. I understand that recent events, including upset words and actions of some United States leaders, could make you feel abandoned and humiliated. But please know that these voices do not reflect the true moods of the world. Don’t let their words break your spirit or undermine your determination. True friends of Ukraine are near you and we support you. Your struggle for freedom is our struggle for freedom. We see your courage, your sustainability and your unwavering determination, – one of the letters reads.

• On March 3, the third President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko responded to a dispute between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and US Head Donald Trump, who happened in the White House.
• In February, Valery Zaluzhny and King Charles III visited the Center where the Ukrainian military was rehabilitated.
