The owner of the capital’s restaurant disclosed how much he earned this year and what his current income is.In an interview with Alina Dorotyuk, the celebrity shared that his earnings are often not assessed quite correctly. In particular, last year his income amounted to 24 million hryvnias, but this is a “net” profit. He reinvested part of this money in business, and then even lost some of it. That’s why now, Yevhen says, he doesn’t count his earnings, but knows only the total income from all businesses. Currently, this amount for 2024 is more than 300 million hryvnias.
“It’s already difficult (to calculate – UNIAN). I used to be able to do it, because before I could see all the numbers. Now I have many departments. 300-350 million in revenue. Money came, money went. I don’t count the profit. We changed the structure of these I have the money that I receive. If I don’t have money, I call the company and say: “Give me money.” I have the number one idea now all businesses supported social projects and the army. I’m not talking about profits, but about turnover,” Klopotenko noted.
Currently, the chef has 12 sources of income, including a restaurant, advertising integrations, as well as collaborations with famous brands. During this year, the restaurateur also opened his online store with goods from various regions for the development of small businesses and the promotion of local products.

Yevgeny added that he plans to open a professional workshop in Lana by 2025, where he will train other cooks. It currently employs approximately 350 people.
“We leave all the money in Ukraine. Our products sell very well online. We have another 600 stores (where Klopotenko products are sold – UNIAN),” the chef added.
