Citizens of Ukraine have the opportunity to receive a new passport through CNAP in case of loss or theft of a document. To do this, you need to contact the administrative center services or representatives of the State Migration Service. The relevant information was provided by specialists of free legal support.
A complete list of documents for the design of an ID card instead of a lost or stolen passport is available on the official portal of the LCA of Ukraine. The main package includes:
- application for the established sample on the loss/theft of the passport;
- excerpt from the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations (in case of theft in Ukraine);
- documentary confirmation of payment or dismissal of the administrative fee (the original is returned);
- tax card and registration certificate (if any).
For individual groups of citizens may additionally be required:
- IDP status certificate (internally displaced persons);
- certificates of accounting of the homeless;
- photography 10×15 cm (for persons with a limited possibility of movement, which is confirmed by medical conclusion);
- Foreign passport (even invalid) and a statement of withdrawal from consular accounting (for those who permanently reside abroad or return to Ukraine).
The deadline for document production The standard period is 20 working days. If necessary, urgent release – 10 days.
The cost of the service Administrative fee: 538 UAH (standard passport), 928 UAH (urgent). Additionally, a fine of 17 to 51 UAH can be imposed for the fact of loss of the document.
Registration of person’s status with disabilities through CNAP This status provides access to government benefits, financial assistance, rehabilitation programs and social guarantees. Applications are accepted through CNAP or Action Portal.
The procedure of personal appeal to the Admin Services Center requires:
- passport or ID card;
- MSEC document or excerpt from the act of health assessment;
- topical certificate of lack of criminal record (valid 5 days);
- confirmation of participation in hostilities (ATO, OOS, Armed Forces);
- a copy of the IDP certificate;
- documents of the representative (if the application is submitted by a third party).
Online Procedure through “Action”:
- go to the link;
- to authorize and choose the “Application” option;
- enter the data in the form (information on the MSEC certificate, the applicant category);
- add electronic copies of documents (medical certificates, form №6);
- Clear the application with a qualified electronic signature.
Conditions for obtaining status
Citizens who have received disabilities due to combat wounds, injuries, illness or injury while participating in hostilities are entitled to status.
Terms of consideration
The decision is made within a month. After approval through the “action”, you can get an electronic or paper certificate of the veteran. During the martial law, the document is automatically extended.
