On Thursday, September 4, the Ukrpaletsystem (UPG gas station network) has received approval of the Antimonopoly Committee for renting a new group gas stations related to Privat group. This was reported on Facebook by the chairman of the committee Pavel Kirilenko.
We are talking about 75 gas stations registered with 14 LLCs: Evolution, Albiland, Angel Capital, Extrade, Jasma-Trade, Korso Town, Like Invest, Finance Leader, Holding Newport, Sirius Gald, Sirius Gold, Sirius Gold, Sirius Gold. The ultimate beneficial owner of these legal entities is Yuri Kiperman.
In July, the UPG allowed to rent 34 gas stations “Avias” and Anp related to “Privat”, and later – 47 stations. In August, the company was granted the right to rent an additional 46 objects.
The AMCU Chairman Kirilenko in the comments for the publication of “Naftorok” noted that thanks to the lease of “Privat” UPG gas station, the potential has the potential to become the third main participant in the fuel market after WOG and OKCO. The company’s strategy is based on the gradual acquisition of assets: first – rent, later – redemption.
Earlier, in an interview with LIGA.net, the UPG Owner explained that the creation of an UPG gas station cost approximately $ 5 million. The construction of a small gas station in Ukraine as of 2025 is estimated at $ 1.3-1.4 million. Because of this, the company considers the possibility of buying and upgrading stations.
