UkrPoshta introduces its own mail network. The first 100 devices are mounted this year – 70 in Kiev and 30 in Odessa. All this in cooperation with the Ukrainian manufacturer Modern Expo, who won the tender. Postures are adopted in accordance with increased safety standards and are adapted for offering (without electricity and communication). On October 14, UkrPoshta reported on October 14.

The CEO of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyansky explained what UkrPoshta will be distinguished from others:

• Ability to use with or without a mobile app. Access to parcels is possible both with the help of an application and with the help of a PIN in a panel with metal buttons-that is, under all conditions and weather phenomena.
• In our mail, Ukrposhta can both receive the parcel and send a letter. So, soon outdated mailboxes will be replaced by these mailboxes – so to speak, “2 in 1”.
• The post office is created for offline (without power supply and communication) and with high security standards. They are resistant to water, dirt and mechanical damage, so they will withstand both rain, cold, and unforeseen situations.

UkrPoshta has released the updated mobile app The new Ukrposhta mobile app is already available on the App Store and Google Play. What is already presented in beta:

• Push messages. Parcel receipts, change of delivery status, receipt notifications, fresh stocks and promotional codes – you will not bypass anything.
• Automatic display of shipments. All parcels tied to your phone number automatically appear in the application since their design. You no longer need to wait for a track number.
• Detailed tracking. All information about the parcel: path, sender, recipient, tariff, status, payment data and barcode for reading in the department.
• List of created shipments. It is convenient to view, find, filter and arrange parcels by categories.
• When creating a parcel, you have the opportunity to choose the option and delivery time: more expensive and the next day (priority tariff), if you need urgently, or for 2-4 days (Basic Tariff) – at the most accessible tariff in Ukraine.
• The function of the comprehensive search of shipments and an interactive map of branches – with addresses, time of work, their type and ability to build a route without unnecessary care and paper red tape.
• There is an online payment, although in the beta version, it is only at the stage of departure.

In the second stage will appear:

• Parcel management: redirection, replacement recipient (all this will be free of charge before arrival in the branch).
• Payment of the parcel that goes to you. Subsequently, UkrPoshta will cancel all paper statements in the branches. Everything will be online-or through the call center.

In the third stage, the functionality will be expanded:

• Receiving payments.
• Order of goods, brands, medicines and more.

As the informant reported earlier, in April 2025, Igor Smilyansky assured that the launch of a new mobile application of the State Ukrposhta should take place by the end of the first half of the year. Earlier, UkrPoshta planned to launch a new application in November 2024, however, in the end, the time was moved.
