Citizens of Ukraine, who are in difficult living conditions, will receive UAH 6,500 from the state this winter. This is financial assistance to prepare for the cold period and meet the basic needs for the winter. This was reported to the Ministry of Statistics on November 21.
Who will get paid?
- children under care or custody
- children with disabilities
- children fostered by foster families and family-type children’s homes
- children of IDPs who receive housing assistance
- children from low-income families under the age of 18
How to get UAH 6,500 from the state? You can get support in two ways: online or offline – whichever is more convenient for you. You can submit a payment request from November 20 to December 17, 2025.
Through Action:
All verification and payment are done automatically — without paper documents and additional requests.
Through the Pension Fund:
The money will go to a current account with a special mode of use (if it is opened at the bank) or to the Diya.Kartka account.
What to use the money for? Use UAH 6,500 from the state within 180 days after receiving it for:
- clothes, shoes
- medicines and vitamins
What is Winter Support and who is it for? From November 15, Ukrainians can apply for a state payment of UAH 1,000 in the Diya application. Funds can be used to pay for utilities, buy Ukrainian-made medicines, subscribe to newspapers and magazines, use Ukrposhta services, buy Ukrainian-made goods, or donate to the Armed Forces. Also, within the framework of the program, the state is preparing medical support — comprehensive examinations, which, according to forecasts, will begin to operate in January 2026. You can use the received money until June 30, 2026.
How to issue UAH 1,000 in Diya To apply, you need to open the “Action” application, go to the “Services” section and select “Winter Support”. Next, you should determine who is to receive the payment, choose the “National Cashback” card, confirm your stay in Ukraine and send the application. Parents can apply for child support, but now you can only apply for yourself. Admission lasts until December 24, 2025.
