Ukrainian Currency Rates Rise as Work Week Begins

The work week in Ukraine commenced with an increase in foreign currency values. On Monday, April 13, the euro surged by 20 kopecks, while the dollar firmly established itself above 43.60 UAH.

As of the morning of April 13, data from the Minfin portal indicates that the average dollar purchase rate is 43.64 UAH, with a selling rate of 43.45 UAH. Compared to Friday, April 10, the dollar has increased by 9 kopecks for purchases, while exchange offices continue to buy at the previous rate.

The euro can be purchased today at an average rate of 51.15 UAH, with a selling rate of 50.90 UAH. This marks a 20 kopeck increase since the morning of April 10.

In banks, the average dollar purchase rate this morning is 43.75 UAH (+3 kopecks), while the selling rate is 43.25 UAH (+1 kopeck).

The euro can be bought in banks for 51.25 UAH (+5 kopecks) and sold for 50.60 UAH (+10 kopecks).

PrivatBank offers dollar sales at 43.65 UAH in branches and 43.66 UAH for non-cash transactions. The euro is priced at 51.30 UAH for cash and 51.28 UAH for card transactions.

Oschadbank lists dollar rates at 43.70 UAH for mobile app transactions and 43.85 UAH for cards. The euro can be bought for 51.30 UAH in the app and 51.45 UAH for cards.

At PUMB, the dollar is available for 43.80 UAH in cash and 43.60 UAH for card transactions, while the euro is priced at 51.20 UAH.

Monobank sells dollars at 43.65 UAH and euros at 51.27 UAH.

The Ukrainian currency market opened the week with notable increases in both the dollar and euro exchange rates. Following the Easter holidays, the hryvnia has shown signs of slight depreciation across various platforms.
