Most Ukrainians consider fair to be applied to Poroshenko, Medvedchuk and Kolomoisky and oppose their withdrawal until they return funds and have a legal responsibility. This is evidenced by the results of a sociological study conducted by Active Group.
“Sanctions against the oligarchs of Medvedchuk, Poroshenko and Kolomoisky consider 65.2% of Ukrainians a well -deserved punishment, 34.1% of them are“ unambiguously well deserved ”and 31.1% – “More deserved”, – the results of the study reads.
Also, 50.1% of Ukrainians believe that the withdrawal of sanctions is possible only after the listed politicians and oligarchs of legal liability, including 31.3% of those surveyed, are criminally liable.
Almost 20% believe that sanctions cannot be lifted under any conditions, even if the persons are responsible. At the same time, only 6.2% of Ukrainians support the abolition of sanctions.
Also, most Ukrainians opposed the participation of sub -elections in elections.
“On the participation of sub -elections in elections, 68.9% of respondents spoke“ against ”, of which 41.6% -“ uniquely not ”, and 27.3% -“ rather no ”. Only 12% expressed unambiguous support for this issue, and 13.8% of respondents answered so faster, “sociologists say.
The study was carried out by Active Group using the Sunflower Sociology online panel commissioned by the Analytical Center for Future Policy. Method: questioning of citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and more years. Sample: 1500 questionnaires (representative by age, article and region of Ukraine). Data collection period: March 6, 2025.
It is known that on February 13, sanctions against a number of oligarchs and politicians were imposed, which posed a threat to national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and contributed to terrorist activity. Including, Petro Poroshenko, Igor Kolomoisky and Viktor Medvedchuk were included in the list.
In particular, Petro Poroshenko was accused of lobbying Kharkiv agreements (Black Sea in Crimea); terrorist financing (buying coal from ORDLO); trade in war with Russia (Lipetsk factory, Bogdan plant in the Russian Federation, etc.); jointly with Medvedchuk and Russians illegally alienation of the oil pipeline, etc.
Earlier, the media reported that in January 2025, MP Petro Poroshenko led 1 billion 48 million hryvnias from Ukraine and gave another 986 million UAH and then stopped sanctions.
