Ukraine has fully prepared all points and key points of the victory plan. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced this in his traditional address.
– And today we can already say that our victory plan has already been fully prepared – all points, all key accents, the necessary annexes with details to the plan have been defined. Everything is worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement, said Zelensky.
At the same time, the president emphasized that “there is not and cannot be no alternative to peace, no freezing of the war or any other manipulations that will simply move Russian aggression to another stage.”
According to Zelenskyi, reliable and lasting security is necessary for Ukraine, which means the security of all of Europe. The President traditionally thanked all Ukrainian military personnel, as well as all those who help protect Ukraine from the Russian invaders every day.
- On September 16, Zelenskyi said that the Ukrainian victory plan is 90% ready, and it will be presented to the allies next week. According to the president, there is “no impossible thing” in the plan. It includes military, political, diplomatic and economic points.
- On September 15, the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine denied Bild’s publication that the victory plan involves freezing the war.
