The Government will extend the period of transmission of employees

The Government of Ukraine will extend the period of transmission of critical enterprises by March 31 due to the consequences of cyberattack, which made it impossible to update the documents. It is expected that such a decision will give companies additional time to register reservation, keeping the balance between the economy and the mobilization needs of the country.

Prime Minister Denis Shmigal said this at the Forum “Ukraine. Year 2025 ”. The issue of workers’ booking is one of the key to businesses operating in war.

According to the first viceremer-minister Yulia Sviridenko, according to Resolution No. 76, which regulates the booking procedure, business was able to update the status of criticality by the end of February. However, due to force majeure, this term will be extended by one month.

“We are discussing the possibility of extending this term at the Prime Minister’s level, so that the enterprises that really fall under the criteria of criticality in terms of profits and the level of wages were able to complete the necessary procedures,” Sviridenko said.

According to her, the government has found a balance between the support of the economy and the mobilization needs of the state. Thanks to this, critically important enterprises can book up to 50% of their staff, which allows them to continue their work, pay taxes and at the same time promote the financing of the security and defense sector.

Prime Minister Denis Shmigal stressed that renewing access to state registers occurred only after a few weeks of a break, which significantly complicated the booking process. “Due to the fact that the state registers have undergone large -scale cyberattacks and were not available for more than 20 days, we decided to continue the possibility of submitting documents by March 31. For almost a month, it has fallen due to force majeure, so it takes an extra time business, ”Smigal explained.
