The former head of the GTS Operator, Serhiy Makogon, was able to go abroad, issuing a business trip and not returning to Ukraine. Political scientist and serviceman of the Armed Forces Kyrylo Sazonov reported this with reference to the court’s decision.
“That is, an official with access to the highest-level state secrets went on a “business trip” and did not return. He settled in Canada. He moved his family there. Now he sits in Vancouver with our money and writes Facebook posts about the “critical situation in Ukrainian energy” – the political scientist noted.
