The laboratory will develop solutions adapted to the country’s internal needs: improvement of health care, modernization of education and economic development. NVIDIA will give El Salvador access to advanced technologies and platforms to create a CI infrastructure.
Particular attention will be paid to the weather forecasting, which will allow you to respond more promptly to emergencies, including floods and landslides, as well as more efficiently manage hydroelectric power plants.
The project also includes training programs for students, scientists and civil servants who will form a new generation of AI specialists.
Salvador is already actively investing in artificial intelligence education. The country has a Cubo_ai program, which offers university courses through welfare centers and opportunities (Cubo). The first lecture within this program will be read by Katie Wood with Ark Invest. In addition, in February, Salvador adopted the first national legislation on artificial intelligence, emphasizing open development and transparent regulation of Shi-technologies.
Bitcoin Office emphasized that this project is positioned by Salvador among countries that actively use artificial intelligence to strengthen their own economy and social development.
Recall that at the end of January, the Salvador Congress approved the bill on amendments to the country’s bitcoin strategy, in accordance with the agreements with the IMF.
