The company plans to deliver most parcels in 1-2 days from the moment of crossing the border of Ukraine. General Director Ihor Smilyansky announced this in his Telegram channel.“After the pilot project, during which Ukrposhta delivered more than 1.5 million parcels from the famous Chinese marketplace TEMU (and not just delivered, but cleared customs and delivered in the peak period more than 80% of shipments in 3 days or less), “Ukrposhta” and TEMU announce the beginning of a strategic partnership,” he said.
According to Smilyanskyi, during the first quarter of 2025, Ukrposhta plans to open a new automated center for processing international parcels and sets itself the goal of delivering more than 90% of parcels within 1-2 days from the moment of crossing the border of Ukraine.
“I am sure that it will be to the liking of many of our customers. Moreover, very soon all shipments will be able to be tracked in the new mobile application,” added the general director of Ukrposhta.

The company also revised some of the tariffs, but the lowest tariff remained unchanged, and the rest “remain the most affordable on the market.”
Earlier, in November 2024, the postal operator updated the package packaging requirements. In particular, “Ukrposhta” stopped accepting improperly packaged shipments due to the introduction of automated sorting lines.
