Despite the war, the premium real estate market in Ukraine does not stop functioning. OLX Real Estate researched where the most expensive houses in Ukraine are located and how much they cost, reports UNN.
Details According to OLX Real Estate data, among all settlements in Ukraine, the most expensive houses are offered for sale in the villages of the Kyiv region. The highest median value was recorded in the village of Plyuta, where the purchase of a private house will cost an average of UAH 47.5 million. The list of other villages with high prices includes: Kozyn (39.6 million UAH), Lebedivka (31.3 million UAH), Lisnyki (25 million UAH), Kozyntsi (20.5 million UAH), Romankiv (17.6 million UAH), Khodosivka (15.9 million UAH), Moschun (15.7 million UAH), Kremenishche (15.4 million UAH) and Velyki Dmytrovychy (14.5 million UAH).
Prices in cities and regions Among the regional centers, the most expensive houses are traditionally located in Kyiv – the median price is UAH 9.6 million. Next on the list are Lviv (7.5 million UAH), Uzhgorod (7.1 million UAH), Odesa (6.6 million UAH), Ivano-Frankivsk (5.4 million UAH), Chernivtsi (5.2 million UAH), Lutsk and Ternopil (3.8 million UAH), Rivne (3.7 million UAH), Vinnytsia and Kharkiv (3.3 million UAH). The lowest prices are observed in Chernihiv (1 million UAH), Zaporizhzhia (1.2 million UAH) and Mykolaiv (1.3 million UAH).
The most expensive houses are concentrated in the Kyiv region (median price 4.8 million UAH), the Zakarpattia region is in second place (4.1 million UAH), followed by Lviv (3.8 million UAH), Ivano-Frankivsk (3.6 million UAH) and Odesa (3.3 million UAH). Lower median prices are determined in Cherkasy (UAH 869 thousand), Mykolaiv (UAH 835 thousand), Sumy (UAH 697 thousand), Donetsk (UAH 538 thousand) and Chernihiv (UAH 420 thousand) regions.
In general, the greater the distance from the front line, the higher the cost of private houses. Elite housing is concentrated mainly in the Kyiv region and the western regions of Ukraine.
We will remind OLX Real Estate analyzed the annual dynamics of median prices for apartments in major cities of Ukraine. The largest increase was found in Kharkiv, where two-room apartments increased in price by 24%.
