“Onishchenko’s case” In 2016, the People’s Deputy Alexander Onishchenko became the involvement of the high -profile case of NABU. According to the investigation, he, together with his accomplices from January 2013 to June 2016, bought gas at special “auctions” of state-owned enterprise “Ukrgasvydobuvannya” for his firms at several times a price. As a result of the scheme, the state suffered losses totaling almost UAH 3 billion.

Onishchenko was quickly deprived of inviolability and gave permission to detain. However, he managed to hide abroad, where he is still. Ukraine tried to extradite Onishchenko to no avail, and in October 2021 Onishchenko received Russian citizenship.

“The case of Leshchenko’s apartment” In 2016, NABU was engaged in checking the source of money, which the People’s Deputy Sergey Leshchenko purchased an apartment. 192 square meters in the new house in the center of Kiev cost it 3 million 770 thousand UAH. He took the money from the head of “Ukrainian Truth” Elena Pritula as an interestless credit. Such a loan was qualified as a gift contrary to anti -corruption legislation on the receipt of gifts by People’s Deputies. “Nasirov’s case” In March 2017, NABU reported the detention of the Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov on charges of receiving a bribe for VAT refund. According to the investigation materials, during 2015-2016 Nasirov received from the owner of the agroholding “Ukrlandfarming” Oleg Bakhmatyuk an undue benefit for the total amount of more than UAH 722 million.

The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for Nasirov in the form of detention with a pledge alternative to UAH 523.2 million. But, after all, during a number of court sessions in the period of June 2023 – May 2024, the pledge was reduced to UAH 55 million. And in May 2024, after the pledge was made, Nasirov left the pre -trial detention center.

On April 9, 2025, Nasirov made an unsuccessful attempt to mobilize the Armed Forces not to go to court. However, the court continued the extent’s precautionary measure in the form of an obligation. Nasirov should not travel outside the Kiev region and is obliged to wear an electronic bracelet. As a result, Nasirov’s case has been going on for more than seven years.

“Trukhanov’s case” In 2017, NABU reported the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov and three other officials of the Odessa City Council about suspicion of abuse of office. It is about fraud with land in Odessa – the amount of losses reaches UAH 689 million. For the mayor, then a precautionary measure in the form of a pledge of 30 million hryvnias was chosen.

Oleg Lyashko’s “Lottery” In 2017, NABU began a pre -trial investigation into the fact The reason for the interest of NABU was that it legalized more than 571 thousand UAH, declaring three winnings in the Ukrainian National Lottery. Only in 2021 it became known that he had forged a lottery ticket, for which he allegedly won more than 570 thousand UAH in 2017.

This is not the first time that NABU has been breaking a case about Lyashko. He was also accused of illegal enrichment, which made the leader of the Radical Party imprisonment for a term of five to 10 years with confiscation. However, there is nothing to hear about the completion of the investigation.

“Swinarchuk’s case” In 2019, NABU detectives initiated a case of large -scale corruption in the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”. The former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense (NSDC) Oleg Gladkovsky (Swinarchuk) and his son Igor were accused of involvement in corruption schemes.

Oleg Gladkovsky was detained in the purchase case for the needs of the defense sphere of MAZ cars, which were over and passed Bogdan tanned. It was done at enterprises related to Gladkovsky and Poroshenko. This technique was supplied for the needs of defense without a tender and in the presence of a clear conflict of interest. In March 2019, Poroshenko liberated Gladkovsky with the NSDC.

From April 2024 he has been wanted. On May 13 of that year, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (WAKS) arrested Oleg Gladkovsky in absentia. The suspect stopped appearing to court and, according to the SAP, went abroad. He was later detained in Spain, and the issue of its extradition to Ukraine is still being resolved.

“Derkach’s case” In 2022, NABU announced the People’s Deputy Andriy Derkach suspicion of treason and illegal enrichment. The investigation found that the current parliamentarian for 2019-2022 received at least $ 567 thousand from the law enforcement and intelligence agencies of the Russian Federation for subversive activities against Ukraine. Derkach himself received a Russian passport and is located in the territory of the aggressor country. In Ukraine, he has been made on the national wanted list.
