Separate groups of citizens can To receive financial support for life every month. For this purpose it is necessary to provide a certain list of documents to the Center for Administrative Services. This was reported at the CNAP of the Volnovakian City Military Administration.

Financial support is provided to parents (father and mother) of a fallen (dead) defender or defendant of Ukraine, who directly participated in the task of protecting the Fatherland after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine on 24.02.2022; persons with disabilities as a result of war in accordance with paragraph 11-16 of Part 2 of Art. 7 of the Law, which became persons with disabilities due to injury (injury, injury, injury) or illnesses received in the direct participation in the measures necessary to ensure the protection of Ukraine, ensuring the security of the population and interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, during the action of martial law; children and persons aged 18 to 23 who have lost both parents as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine; Veterans of war who have disabled as a result of a disease related to the performance of military service after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine on 24.02.2022.

Payment of financial assistance is made if:

• The applicant’s place of residence is registered/declared in one of the settlements of Volnovakh TG at the time of appeal,
• The applicant permanently resides in the territory of Ukraine (except for the territories of active fighting and temporarily occupied territories),
• The applicant has the status of an internally displaced person, and the data about him is entered in the Unified Information Database on Internally Displaced Persons.

Financial support is determined by a period of six months or before the deadline for payment (the expiration of the term for which a disability is set, reaching 23 years). The payment of financial assistance begins with the month in which the request is submitted.

The amount of cash assistance is:

• 6 800 UAH per month – to each person from among: members of families of dead (dead) defenders and defenders of Ukraine (father, mother);
  persons with disabilities as a result of war in accordance with paragraphs 11-16 of part two of Article 7 of the Law “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection”; children and persons aged 18 to 23 who have lost both parents as a result of Russian military aggression against Ukraine.
• 5 thousand hryvnias – every person from the war veterans who have a disability due to the illness that is related to the performance of military service.

List of papers for receiving financial assistance to parents of a fallen (dead) defender or defendant of Ukraine:

• Passport of the applicant citizen
• The applicant’s IDN
• Certificate of registration of IDPs of the applicant
• a certificate that certifies the status of a family member of the deceased, drawn up in accordance with the Cabinet resolution of May 12, 1994 No. 302 “On the procedure for issuing certificates and breastplates of war veterans” or extracting from the Unified State Register of War Veterans
• Papers confirming family ties with a fallen defender or defender of Ukraine (birth certificate, other papers defined by law and confirming family ties)
• Certificate of death of a fallen defense counsel or defender of Ukraine
• the papers that certify the authority of the representative in the case of the submission of papers by a legal representative, or by a representative on behalf of
• Certificate of details of the account opened with the bank (by IBAN standard).
