From January 11, mobilized defenders can take out a mortgage loan at 3% per annum on the initiative of eOsel on the same basis as contract workers. A total of 23,039 of Ukrainian families became home owners thanks to this program.

Starting from January 11, housing under the eOselya state program became more accessible to all military personnel. Current conscripts can take out a mortgage at 3% per annum on the same terms as those who serve under a contract. In total, 23,039 Ukrainian families received their housing during the eOselya program. The total volume of issued preferential mortgage loans reaches over UAH 39.7 billion. In particular, 11,185 servicemen managed to use the program and purchase housing on favorable terms.

Special conditions are also provided for police officers, teachers, doctors, scientists, veterans, their relatives and internally displaced persons.

The government emphasizes that they will continue to improve the conditions of the program in accordance with the requirements of the time, so that as many Ukrainians as possible have the opportunity to buy their own home in Ukraine.
