Today, more and more administrative services are becoming available online. It saves the time of citizens, allows you to avoid paper formalities, and most importantly – allows you to get the right document comfortably, where you are not. The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs draws attention: important services of service units are available in the driver’s office. You can even use them from your home, office or travel. They are also implemented in the application.
Exchange Driver’s Certificate online This service is available both in the driver’s office and in action. Driver’s license is required in the following cases:
- The two -year document has expired;
- the document is lost or destroyed;
- The inscriptions on the form are erased and become invisible;
- Personal data has changed;
- It is necessary to update the old certificate for a new one.
How to Make an order:
Cost: 608 UAH. Payment includes the cost: a certificate form and an administrative service, without a bank commission. If you choose delivery through Ukrposhta – an additional 294 UAH. In case of selection of digital document only, you will pay only 230 UAHbecause in this case the plastic is not made.
Appointment or cancel the proper user (car sherry) A proper user is an individual who legally uses a non -property vehicle. Thanks to this online service, the owner can temporarily transfer the right to drive a car to another person officially.
This opportunity is especially important after the implementation of the automatic photo and video recording of the DA offenses. After all, the driver who operated the vehicle, not its owner, must receive a penalty and pay them directly.
Basic conditions:
- Only one proper user can be assigned to one vehicle;
- You can appoint or cancel the user at any time online;
- The service is free -both in the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service and in an online format through a driver’s office or action.
Exchange of a certificate of registration of a vehicle In the application, the action can be exchanged or restored certificate of registration of the vehicle.
The following actions are available online:
- restoration of a lost or damaged document;
- change of personal data;
- replacement of electronic certificate with plastic or vice versa;
- Choosing a license plate with a DI series.
The algorithm is simple: Choose the service → fill in the application → pay → get the document through Ukrposhta after checking.
Cost: 1306 UAH. Payment includes the value of: certificate, administrative service and license plate, if it changes (excluding the Banking Commission). 956 UAH The cost of exchange of certificate without changing the license platesince in this case, the previous license plate assigned to the car remains valid. If you have chosen Exclusively electronic certificate, it will cost – 700 UAH – for administrative service and license plate, if it changes (excluding the banking commission). Re -registration of the vehicle online This online service allows you to sell or buy a car, motorcycle or moped (if it is the first sale this year)-through your smartphone.
How does it work:
- license plates (leaves old or new);
- type of certificate (electronic or plastic);
- Method of receipt (in the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center, Ukrposhta or Courier).
- Pays for the service online.
- Awaits the finished license plates and new registration certificates.
Cost: depends on the set of services (registration of the certificate form, license plates, delivery). The system automatically calculates the amount during the order. But payment for the plastic form of the vehicle registration certificate, administrative service, metal license plates remains unchanged and the same as in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – 1306 UAH.
