Lifecell announced the update of tariff plans: timing and impact on users

Lifecell is changing the price of some tariff plans from November 1

Lifecell will discontinue several tariffs from November 1, 2025. The provision of services to customers will continue on updated conditions and tariffs. This is indicated on the company’s website.

From November 1, 2025, tariff offers “VIP ULTRA” (postpaid), “SMS World”, “Partner 190”, “Partner 250”, “Business Start”, “Business Start” (postpaid), “Business Freedom”, “Business Freedom” (postpaid), “Business Premium”, “Business Premium”, “Business plus 169”, “Business plus 169” (postpaid) and further provision of services to corporate users will be closed. The provision of services to subscribers of the specified tariff plans will continue in accordance with the conditions and tariffs presented in the table. The cost of the service package, the composition of the service package and the name of the tariff plans are changed according to the table below:

Subscribers of the above-mentioned tariff plans are given the opportunity from 10/22/2025 to 11/22/2025 (inclusive) to switch to any other tariff plan that is available for connection without additional payment. All other conditions remain in effect.

In Ukraine, a system of blocking unwanted calls was introduced for subscribers of Lifecell, Vodafone and Kyivstar New rules came into effect on October 2, enabling operators to block spam numbers. There are several options for opting out of unsolicited commercial calls.

How will operators check spam numbers?

The operator will check the number to which the complaint was received and block if it meets at least two indicators:

• calls are made without speaking;
• the average duration of calls for 7 days is less than 60 seconds;
• more than 50% of calls are to different numbers;
• the number cannot be called back;
• a recorded notification is played during the call;
• complaints from users;
• the number of incoming calls that do not end with a conversation to the number is less than 5% of the incoming and outgoing calls of this number;
• the number is only for calls, not for SMS or Internet.
