The Galya Baluvan network is reaching a fundamentally new stage in its development. The company is strengthening its standards, expanding its audit division and focusing on partners, who are ready to follow the rules of a powerful brand – openly, organized and result-oriented.

“We operate according to uniform requirements, we respect the radius of activity of retail outlets and the principle of mutual respect between partners. We are creating a transparent monitoring system, where each store meets the common standard of “Gali Baluvana”. Consistent quality is important to us, as it is backed by consumer trust,” says chain co-owner Alla Teliga.

According to her, it was the implementation of the audit that became the catalyst for the renewal of the network:

“When we raised the level of quality, not all partners were able to adapt to these requirements. And this is quite normal. Some did not keep up the pace and decided to leave the project. But they did not give up on “Gali Baluvana” – they gave up responsibility. We choose the course of progress and strive to keep those who share our views, and for the brand to be associated with ideal taste and service.”

Currently, the company is showing steady expansion and customer loyalty. In September alone, Galya Baluvana opened 11 new branches: five in Kyiv, two in Kharkiv, and one each in Khmelnytskyi, Lozova, Glevas, and Kopychyntsy. And recently, the company celebrated the opening of its 1,000th store.

“I am convinced that the strength of the brand and the proven business model are effective. Vacant places instantly find new investors who want to be part of a team with high requirements. This is the best indicator of trust in the brand,” adds Alla Teliga.

Actually, the creation of the audit department became an indicator of the maturity of the network. According to Alla Teliga, during the time when the previous co-owner worked in the company, the issue of quality control remained only in the project.

“Today, this is a fully formed structural division with experts who are responsible for quality at every stage – from the recipe to customer impressions. Our customers must be sure: in any locality, in any store, Gali Baluvana is equally tasty and transparent. If someone thinks that by changing the name, he will get better quality for less responsibility, then it is not so. Quality is not just an appearance, it is a culture conducting business. And we build this culture every day,” the co-founder of the network emphasizes.

In addition, Alla Teliga emphasizes that the company steadfastly adheres to its principles in partnership relations:

“We do not make preferences and react if franchisees ignore the rules. For example, one of the partners violated the radius of activity in 2023, repeated the situation in 2025, and a decision was made either to close the stores or to stop cooperation. Another situation is that in Dnipro, with the permission of the previous co-owner, the partner used a nickname in social networks that does not correspond to the approved brand name. Currently we prevent such cases. Because “Galya Baluvana” is a brand with its own clear instructions. And if the partner does not meet the quality standards and does not pass the audit, he cannot remain in the network.”

Despite the changes, according to the results of the year, “Galya Baluvana” stably maintains the leadership in the sector of homemade semi-finished products. By the end of 2026, the company plans to open approximately 500 new stores throughout Ukraine.

“We are building not just a network, but a union of people who love their work. This is our strength and our goal. We strive for each dish to be like at home: high-quality, appetizing, with a feeling of warmth. This is the principle of the company and this is my personal principle,” concludes Alla Teliga.
