Between March 20 and March 23, 2026, several prominent gas station networks in Ukraine adjusted their fuel prices, with notable increases in diesel fuel and some variations in gasoline prices.
Key Changes:
- Diesel: The most significant price hike was observed. At OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR, the cost of both standard and premium diesel increased by 2-3 UAH, reaching 89.99 UAH per liter for premium diesel.
- Gasoline: Prices for A-95 gasoline remained stable across most networks; however, Ukrnafta raised the price of its premium 95 (Energy) by 3 UAH to 71.99 UAH per liter.
- Autogas: The situation for autogas remained largely unchanged among major networks, except for Ukrnafta, where the price rose by 1 UAH to 43.99 UAH.
Diesel prices saw the most substantial increases. At OKKO, the price for Pulls diesel rose from 86.99 UAH to 89.99 UAH (+3 UAH), while Euro diesel increased from 83.99 UAH to 86.99 UAH (+3 UAH).
Similarly, at WOG, the Mustang diesel went up from 87.99 UAH to 89.99 UAH (+2 UAH), and Euro-5 diesel rose from 84.99 UAH to 86.99 UAH (+2 UAH).
At SOCAR, NANO Extro diesel increased from 86.99 UAH to 89.99 UAH (+3 UAH), while NANO diesel went from 83.99 UAH to 86.99 UAH (+3 UAH).
In contrast, gasoline prices at major stations such as OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR remained unchanged. The price for A-95, premium brands, and 100-octane gasoline did not fluctuate.
Ukrnafta recorded a specific increase, with the price of 95 (Energy) gasoline rising from 68.99 UAH to 71.99 UAH (+3 UAH).
Additionally, diesel Energy at Ukrnafta increased from 81.99 UAH to 83.99 UAH (+2 UAH), and regular diesel rose from 77.99 UAH to 79.99 UAH (+2 UAH). The price of gas also increased from 42.99 UAH to 43.99 UAH (+1 UAH).
Prices for autogas at OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR remained stable without any changes.

Additionally, as of March 20, 2026, a state cashback program for fuel has been implemented in Ukraine.
The cashback rate is set at 15% for diesel fuel, 10% for gasoline, and 5% for autogas, with a maximum of 1,000 UAH cashback per month per individual. The total limit under the “National Cashback” program is 3,000 UAH per month for all purchases.
Cashback is automatically credited during payment at gas stations using a card linked to the program. Accumulated funds are displayed in the “Dія” application.
These funds can be used for utility payments, postal services, purchasing Ukrainian goods, medications, books, or can be directed towards charitable contributions.
Recent adjustments in fuel prices across Ukraine's major gas stations reveal significant increases in diesel costs, while gasoline prices remain mostly unchanged. A new cashback program has been introduced to assist consumers with fuel expenses.
