Enselco Completes Integration of Agro-Region Assets, Expanding Agricultural Operations

Enselco has successfully finalized a significant phase of integrating the production capabilities of Agro-Region, which was acquired earlier this year. Over the past two months, the company has achieved full operational and technological synchronization, establishing one of the most powerful agricultural clusters in Ukraine.

The integration included the addition of 41,000 hectares of land, along with relevant infrastructure and operational assets located in Kiev, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi regions.

As a result, Enselco’s total operational area has expanded to 175,000 hectares.

During this two-month period, the company implemented a series of measures, including:

  • Integrating and optimizing the organizational structure of the combined assets;
  • Synchronizing production processes and agricultural technologies, ensuring that the spring planting will commence under unified approaches and standards;
  • Planning logistics for the transportation of the 2026 harvest, projected at 1.4 million tons;
  • Standardizing planning, organization, and financial control, as well as conducting initial digital integration.

All machinery set to operate in the fields this season has been connected to a centralized dispatch center. This will allow for management of planting across four regions of Ukraine from a single monitor, optimizing the overall process.

This systematic and comprehensive approach aims to enhance business manageability and lay the groundwork for increased efficiency as the company strives to meet its ambitious goals for 2026.

“We didn’t just purchase hectares; we invested in development and efficiency. Our objective over these two months was ambitious: to ensure that the new team and assets communicated ‘in one language’ before the first machinery went to the fields,” stated Oleksandr Ohuy, head of the Enselco group.

According to him, Enselco has not only grown in size but has also become stronger through the combined efforts of the integrated teams.

“The 2026 planting season is our first major test of synergy, and we are starting it with a unified management center and a synchronized team,” Ohuy remarked.

Enselco was formed in 2022 following the sale of a portion of land assets and infrastructure that were part of the Kernel group. Today, the company encompasses agricultural enterprises such as LLC Enselco Agro, LLC Agropolis, and PSP AF Bilozirska, along with the assets from Agro-Region starting January 2026.

The primary focus of Enselco is the cultivation of grain and oilseed crops. The beneficial owner is Andrii Verevskyi.

Enselco has completed the integration of Agro-Region's assets, significantly expanding its agricultural operations in Ukraine. The company now manages 175,000 hectares and aims for enhanced efficiency and productivity ahead of the 2026 planting season.
