ElevenLabs has introduced an iOS application named ElevenMusic, designed to enable users to create music tracks using artificial intelligence. This new service aims to compete directly with established platforms such as Suno and Udio.
The ElevenMusic app allows users to generate songs through natural language text prompts. Users can customize various aspects of the track, including its duration, vocal presence, and stylistic elements.
The core functionalities of the app include:
- Generation: Users can create up to seven free songs daily;
- Remixes: The ability to edit tracks created by other users using text;
- Streaming: Features charts, collections labeled ‘Trending Now,’ and daily mixes categorized by mood (e.g., Focus, Energy, Chill);
- Radio Stations: Access to live stations and pre-compiled albums.
For professional users, ElevenLabs offers a Pro plan priced at $9.99 per month or $95.90 annually. This subscription allows for the creation of up to 500 tracks each month and provides 500 GB of cloud storage.
The launch of this music application indicates ElevenLabs’ intention to expand beyond its initial focus on voice models. The company aims to develop a comprehensive ecosystem of creative tools to safeguard its position in the competitive audio model market.
Currently, the startup, which was valued at $11 billion in February, is actively working to broaden its customer base. Previously, ElevenLabs launched ElevenReader, a service for listening to books, along with voice cloning tools. Additionally, the developers are planning to implement a royalty system for creators producing popular content on the platform.
