But no one is closed, on the contrary, everyone just holds on, everyone is renting … The margin is large, yet there is no state regulation. Maintenance of gas station is expensive The expert allocated the main costs:
- Salary-200-300 thousand a month, this is a minimum
- Taxes -100 thousand, too at a minimum
- Electricity -50 thousand, minimum
- Rent – 150 thousand on average
And when it comes to a large gas station in the city, these figures can be safely multiplied by two or three, the expert said.
