On October 21, the Verkhovna Rada will discuss draft law No. 14025 on the automated exchange of information on profits received through digital platforms. Due to certain misunderstandings, the document was called “the draft law on OLX tax” in society. Although it does not apply to such “bulletin boards” as OLX, Aviso, RIA and others, except when the payment is made through the platform, such as with OLX delivery.
However, this is not the only misunderstanding related to this bill.
