NABU, as it should, gave everything explanation and rolled their “heavy weapons” – reported the completion of the investigation against the head of the Sector of the Department of Protection of the National Statehood of the SBU and two other persons, which demanded $ 300,000 for termination of the case regarding the organization of illegal transfer abroad. Like, here’s where the reason for the “ride”.
At the same time, representatives of the active public made a noise that NABU and SAP wanted to destroy the root. Whether it is for a revenge for a criminal case against the excellence of Miniona and exvice prime minister Alexei Chernyshov, or simply as young and independent structures that make the authorities.

At the same time, Ivan Stupak notes that criminal proceedings, which have been opened at the State Bureau of Investigation, should not be lost in time and space, as is often the case.
– Cases should be investigated and brought to court. If this does not happen, the SBU will have to admit that it did not work for purely legitimate reasons.

The expert also notes that despite the loud voices of activists who are rallying around NABU and SAP, these structures have not found powerful support in a wide society because they were detached from the lives of ordinary people (on Tuesday, the most popular Google request was “what NABU is” – Red). – It is no secret that there is also competition in this area, and envy, and underwhelming struggle. NABU and SAP have the highest salaries, they are raised regularly, while the prosecutor’s office has not been raised for several years. It was a kind of “indigenous child” that could afford more will than others. With the change of geopolitical schedules in the Ukrainian authorities, they decided that this provision could finally be changed. The political scientist emphasizes that the liquidation of the service or its reform is not discussed. There is a subordination, and how it will affect the further work of anti -corruption, time will show.

– These are government bodies, they cannot be autonomous, they are included in the structure of law enforcement. And one more point: we have a constitution and all laws have to obey it, or not. The lawyer acknowledges that the law adopted by the deputies deprives NABU indulgence from international missions. But he believes that during the war, it is incorrect to attach policies to the legislative structures.
