Within the Parks scheme, he checked two well -known suppliers of cloud computing services for more than $ 3.5 million. Using equipment, he extracted a cryptocurrency worth almost $ 1 million.
The personality created and used various names, companies and e -mail addresses, including domains of Multimillionaire LLC and CP3O LLC to register numerous accounts and access to large computing capacities and storage facilities for which he did not pay.
Parks was misleading suppliers, seeking increased privileges and services, as well as rejected requests for dubious use of data and unpaid subscriptions. In particular, CP3o argued that resources were involved in creating a “global online school with media, technology and business strategy” for “10,000 students at the same time”. However, he actually used computing capacities for Minging Ethereum, Litecoin and Monero.
Parks converted and launded cryptocurrency through exchanges, NFT Marketplats, online payments and bank accounts, structuring transactions to avoid compulsory reporting under federal law. He spent the money on luxurious purchases: cars, jewelry, first class rooms and travel.
CP3o has charged fraud using electronic means of communication, money laundering and participation in illegal financial transactions. In December 2024, he pleaded guilty of fraud.
The court also decided to confiscate $ 500,000 and a Mercedes-Benz purchased for money from the scheme. The amount of refund will be determined later.
