In the company, Etereum Lubin, Ethereum Lubin, said that reduction is part of a profitability strategy. Lubin is also headed by the SHARPLink Gaming Board, a company that actively accumulates Ethereum in the corporate reserve.

Recently, Consensys purchased a Web3auth startup, whose team had about 30 people. All employees joined the company.
The main purpose of Consensys is to simplify the use of Metamask and make it safer to store cryptoactives. Particular attention is paid to the company’s facilitating Seed Photos, which it considers one of the main vulnerability to users.
This is not the first reduction in the company: at the beginning of 2023, Consensys reduced the staff by 11%, and last year released 162 employees (20%) due to regulatory uncertainty and a complex macroeconomic situation.
