What is the procedure?

The Constitution states that the Verkhovna Rada may consider the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers and approve the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers by a majority of the Verkhovna Rada’s constitutional composition of the Cabinet of Ministers. That is, 226 votes are required to approve the resolution, but 150 is sufficient to consider the issue.

The Parliament Regulation clearly states the procedure for considering the government’s liability. This will stretch for 10 days. Initially, parliamentary committees should formulate questions for the government, then the government should answer them, then committees should consider them, and then parliament is going to meetings where the prime minister and government are obliged to answer the questions of representatives of factions and groups.
