Judging by the post of the businessman, it is about accusations of legalization of income and unreliable declaration. Currently, NABU has not published any official information regarding Kormyshkin.
“Today I was served with suspicion for the “legalization” of the funds given to my wife by her father, which she indicated in her declaration. Despite the fact that a loan agreement was concluded between us (businessmen, be afraid to conclude loan agreements officially, they may come to you…) this is the only “evidence”. The second suspicion was issued to me because, in the opinion of the detective, I declared my place of residence “incorrectly”. dozens of real estates, some of them are now in the occupied territory, some were damaged by rocket attacks, some were handed over for the needs of the Armed Forces, etc. So, I am accused of having a bearing on one of these objects. Yes, this is the only one “proof”. But everyone who knows me knows that I use more than one phone number, due to the fact that I spend a lot of time in the regions of the region, and often the quality of mobile communication leaves much to be desired, so we have to use the services of all operators,” the businessman said.
Kormyshkin also said that he will be remanded in custody in a few days, and the detectives are demanding bail and a ban on leaving for treatment and rehabilitation abroad.
“They demand it because I, as the owner of a large business that pays official salaries to thousands of people and hundreds of millions in taxes to the state budget, have an official (!) income, and that is why I can hide from the investigation abroad. I officially declare that since the full-scale invasion , my wife and I did not leave Mykolaiv, helping the residents of the city and the authorities to prevent the capture of Mykolaiv from the first days! mini on the fields of my company, having suffered a spinal injury, a contusion, damage to internal organs, I, unlike some “injured at the workplace”, did not go to register for disability, although the injury allows. He also noted that he hopes for justice and public control.
