Kyivstar users have the opportunity to use the “Transfer of Number”. This service gives the opportunity to transfer the rights to the number to another user – an individual or legal entity. The information is published on the official portal of the operator.
To change the owner of the room, you must personally visit the Kyivstar Service Center. You need to prepare a package of documents (a detailed list is available at the link), as well as to receive written consent from the current and new number owners.

- Legal person – Head (resident of Ukraine): original passport or other identification document; Data on a legal entity: official name; EDRPOU code.
- Coordinator (resident of Ukraine): Original ID. *Persons with access to the My Kyivstar system can submit a preliminary application through a personal account.
- A legal entity representative (resident of Ukraine): original identification document; a power of attorney or other document confirming the authority to act on behalf of the company: original or notarized copy; Information* about legal entity: name, EDRPOU code, seal (if any).
