The order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated July 10, 2025 No. 2844, which changes the list of professions and specialties for training for voucher. Now the list of 156 directions – 95 professions and 61 specialty. The information was confirmed by the Ministry of Economy.

This list is now in line with the International Standard Education Classification. Upon completion of the course in the voucher, the educational institutions will indicate in the annexes to the diplomas of the specialty according to the Ukrainian list and their international analogues.

Now The maximum amount of voucher is limited to 30 280 UAH. In the case of the highest cost of training, the employer or the person independently cover the difference.

Agro -engineering is among the specialties that now meet international criteria. This area involves the use of modern equipment, drones and innovative solutions in agriculture for the efficient use of resources and improving food security.
In addition, updated specialties include “Primary Education”, “Information Safety and Measuring Technologies”, “Public Health”, “Theology”.

The list of professions was added a new position – a deminer or operator to identify explosive objects. This civil specialization was introduced more than a year ago on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy to coordinate the issues of humanitarian demining. It gives veterans the opportunity to work in this field, saving their lives and facilitating the restoration of the agricultural sector, infrastructure and economics.

Voucher allows you to study in 156 areas in the fields of IT, construction, transport, education, medicine, agriculture, social services, etc. You can choose a specialization, educational institution or form of study (eye, part -time, remote) yourself. The training is conducted by licensed institutions of professional, professional higher and higher education, as well as enterprises and organizations.

The program of educational vouchers is part of the project of the Ministry of Economy, Ecology and Agrarian Policy “Work without restrictions”, which is implemented within the framework of the national strategy for creating a barrier -free society.
