Tickets for defenders on Ukrzaliznytsia trains from a separate fund

Defenders do not need to “hunt” for Ukrzaliznytsia tickets on the website. You can quickly use the Army+ application purchase a seat from the reserve for the military from 5 days to 6 hours before the departure of the train. This is especially practical when the train is only a few hours away. This was reported to the Ministry of Defense.

It is possible to purchase up to 4 tickets from a special fund. The offer is valid for trains to/from cities near the war zone, after purchase download the ticket to your mobile as it is not stored to ensure the safety of your data.

Purchase of tickets for military personnel All active servicemen of Ukraine can order tickets by separate reservation. Ticket redemption at the box office using the order code is possible only after providing the cashier with a valid military ticket or an officer’s ID card. Orders can be issued for 17 trains going from (to)/cities located close to the area of ​​hostilities. The service allows you to select as departure and arrival stations only those stations between which there are trains with ticket reservations. One order can contain up to 2 tickets. If you need more seats, please call 0 800 503 222. You can send your request no later than 7 hours before the departure of the train from the starting station, so that we can process it.

If you have changed the station where you purchased your ticket, there is no need to make corrections to the application itself, just show the cashier the password from the letter sent to your e-mail and receive your reserved ticket at any convenient station. The ticket can be purchased no later than one hour before the departure of the train, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled and the ticket will return to free sale.

Tickets for military personnel and their families The service is also available for family members of servicemen of the first degree of family connection: parents, wives or husbands, children, including adopted children. You can send the application in the period from 5 days before the flight to 7 hours before the departure of the train from the starting station, and pay for tickets at the ticket office no later than 1 hour before the departure of the train. Ticket redemption at the box office is possible only on the condition of providing a valid military ticket/officer’s ID card or (for relatives of wounded servicemen) the original/copy of a relative’s UBD ID card, as well as a document confirming 1st degree of kinship.
