On the last day of April, 100 days since the beginning of the second presidency in the US Donald Trump. What loud promises did he make and what fulfilled during this time?
Record by the number of decrees on the first day of presidency The inauguration did not have time to subside, as Donald Trump signed 26 executive decrees. More than any other president of his first day in office. Among them: Decree on the “completion of federal agencies”, the cancellation of 79 decrees Baiden administrations, about the beginning of mass deportations, on the strengthening of border protection, the abolition of the mandate on electric vehicles and the prohibition of censorship by the government.
In 100 days, the large -scale project was only partially implemented. Executive decrees were signed and came into force, which led to a sharp decrease in the flow of immigrants across the US border (94%) and the beginning of mass deportations. However, some decrees, such as the abolition of citizenship from the right of birth, have faced court blocks. The full execution of such edicts requires a long time and legislative support, which is not what much of these documents have.

Creation of the Government Effectiveness Department (Doge) Donald Trump has announced the creation of Doge under the leadership of Ilona Mask and Vivka Ramasvami to reduce federal bureaucracy. The first stroke of the new braid has taken out a completely stable USAID agency, scattered the Ministry of Education and other agencies into pieces. Thousands of employees were released.
As it should be expected, no one except Trump has evaluated the enthusiasm of the mask and ovaries: the lawsuits of the released and abbreviated were rushed to court, and the US Congress began to actively resist, as it found contradictions of funding laws. In order to bring all the Maskovsky innovations, it is necessary to change the legislation, and Congress has not yet understood how to change it.

The promise of mass deportations and border closure The US President also declared the mass deportations of illegal immigrants and the closure of the border with Mexico, including the use of military forces and the restoration of prohibitions on entry from a number of countries. Deportations began in February with the departure of a military flight with migrants from Guantanamo. However, the complete deportation of 11 million people (the approximate number of illegal migrants in the United States) is banal for either 100 or 1000 days, since there are logistics and legal restrictions. The case is being considered not entirely clear, the deportation of the Kilma Garcia Salmari from the US to El Salvador, and how many such incomprehensible cases are still waiting!

Tariff war with the whole world In early February, Trump announced a monthly pause to increase tariffs for Canadian and Mexican goods, due to the consent of these countries, to strengthen drugs. As soon as the pause was completed, tariffs were introduced – and those that led to a real trade war.
The tariffs came into force on March 4 and led to the fall of the US stock market, to tariffs in response and economic instability. Public opinion has reacted negatively: 64% of Americans do not approve of tariffs. Already in April, Trump announced the Day of Liberation and introduced a universal tariff for 10% for all imported goods, as well as increased rates for 57 trading partners, including 125% in China.
It also caused the stock market collapse, tariffs and fears of recession. 59% of Americans do not approve of this policy.

Trump’s “Golden Cards” During the fight against illegal migration, the US President innovated the migration of the Legal Gold Card. It will allow investors to obtain a residence permit and citizenship if they invest at least $ 5 million in any US projects.
Its key difference from the EB5 program, the current path of investors to obtain a residence permit, which Gold Card intends to replace, that the owners of the Gold Card do not pay US Federal tax from income from income.
The attempt is taken into account by future investors, but in the country’s leadership they were taken over by the next change to the Constitution on the powers of the executive power. According to the old anecdote, “the whole system” will have to change “immigration and tax legislation. For example, it is unclear what will happen to the US federal taxation of Gold Card income from the United States if the owner becomes a US citizen.

Cancellation of transgender rights In the same February, presidential decrees were signed prohibiting diversity, equality and inclusion programs (Dei) in federal agencies, as well as restricting transgender rights. From now on, transgender athletes are forbidden to participate in women’s sports, and medical care for transgender youth has been placed on Stop.
In the federal agencies, the relevant programs began to curtail, but this led, of course, to lawsuits, as well as the ban on transgender military, appealed in courts. Full execution depends on the result of the trial, which continue to continue.

Freezing grants for universities including Harvard In April, Trump frozen over $ 2 billion for Harvard and other universities, accusing them of anti -Semitism and Liberal Ideology. He also threatened to deprive Harvard of tax benefits and prohibit the enrollment of foreign students.
Who would doubt, but Harvard sued, calling the President’s actions “arbitrariness”. Other universities (such as the University of Columbia) have obeyed the requirements of Trump. The court proceedings continue, which limits the execution of the freezing decree and shakes the reputation of universities that had the widest autonomy.

Ambiguous pardons A number of decrees from Donald Trump was aimed at pardon. For example, 1500 people convicted of crimes related to the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021. He also softened the sentences to many members of the groups, such as the non -fascist organization of the Proud Boys and the anti -government Oath Keepers. This made it possible to say that the US President encourages the future of political violence. Lawyers have already called these pardons unprecedented and dangerous, “a mockery of federal law enforcement agencies, their work and the US justice system.”
Many of the pardoned participants of the riots were previously convicted of rape, sexual exploitation of children, domestic violence, unintentional murder, drug trafficking and other crimes.

On the subject
And what about the rest of the world? The endless number of dates and timing of the end of the war, called Trump during his presidency, was forced to doubt his adequate assessment of what was happening. Starting from “24 hours”, “three to four days”, “100 days”, etc., the US President publishes controversial information. At the same time, he stated that his words about the end of the war in Ukraine in one day were “figurative” and “exaggeration”. Trump accused Ukraine at the beginning of a conflict because of talking about NATO joining and saying that “Crimea would remain with Russia.” At the moment, judging by the statements, Trump is undergoing a procedure for awareness of the true causes of war and the culprits of thousands of Ukrainians.
With China, the American head managed to bring the relationship to the handle, claiming that he had talked with Xi Jinping, and softened rhetoric. Chinese officials denied the fact of the call.
With the promised accession of Canada and the capture of Greenland, too, nothing happened. Canada refuses to become a 51st state of the United States and refutes the unimaginable debts that Donald Trump has drawn her for military protection. Greenland also stated that he agreed to be friends with the states, but without the latter’s encroachment.
