Record by the number of decrees on the first day of presidency The inauguration did not have time to subside, as Donald Trump signed 26 executive decrees. More than any other president of his first day in office. Among them: Decree on the “completion of federal agencies”, the cancellation of 79 decrees Baiden administrations, about the beginning of mass deportations, on the strengthening of border protection, the abolition of the mandate on electric vehicles and the prohibition of censorship by the government.

In 100 days, the large -scale project was only partially implemented. Executive decrees were signed and came into force, which led to a sharp decrease in the flow of immigrants across the US border (94%) and the beginning of mass deportations. However, some decrees, such as the abolition of citizenship from the right of birth, have faced court blocks. The full execution of such edicts requires a long time and legislative support, which is not what much of these documents have.

Creation of the Government Effectiveness Department (Doge) Donald Trump has announced the creation of Doge under the leadership of Ilona Mask and Vivka Ramasvami to reduce federal bureaucracy. Tariff war with the whole world In early February, Trump announced a monthly pause to increase tariffs for Canadian and Mexican goods, due to the consent of these countries, to strengthen drugs. As soon as the pause was completed, tariffs were introduced – and those that led to a real trade war.

The tariffs came into force on March 4 and led to the fall of the US stock market, to tariffs in response and economic instability. Public opinion has reacted negatively: 64% of Americans do not approve of tariffs. Already in April, Trump announced the Day of Liberation and introduced a universal tariff for 10% for all imported goods, as well as increased rates for 57 trading partners, including 125% in China.

It also caused the stock market collapse, tariffs and fears of recession. 59% of Americans do not approve of this policy.

Freezing grants for universities including Harvard In April, Trump frozen over $ 2 billion for Harvard and other universities, accusing them of anti -Semitism and Liberal Ideology. He also threatened to deprive Harvard of tax benefits and prohibit the enrollment of foreign students.

At the same time, he stated that his words about the end of the war in Ukraine in one day were “figurative” and “exaggeration”. Trump accused Ukraine at the beginning of a conflict because of talking about NATO joining and saying that “Crimea would remain with Russia.” At the moment, judging by the statements, Trump is undergoing a procedure for awareness of the true causes of war and the culprits of thousands of Ukrainians.

With China, the American head managed to bring the relationship to the handle, claiming that he had talked with Xi Jinping, and softened rhetoric. Chinese officials denied the fact of the call.

With the promised accession of Canada and the capture of Greenland, too, nothing happened. Canada refuses to become a 51st state of the United States and refutes the unimaginable debts that Donald Trump has drawn her for military protection. Greenland also stated that he agreed to be friends with the states, but without the latter’s encroachment.
