According to him, the document is at the final stage of preparation, and after agreeing with all parties will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
Zheleznyak explained that the new bill provides for the possibility of adding virtual assets to the reserves of the country, if such a decision is made by the regulator. What kind of cryptocurrencies will be included in the reserve, the regulator will determine – for example, it can be “bitcoins” or other digital assets.

At the same time, Zheleznyak commented on the statement of the chairman of the Tax and City Committee Danylo Hetmantsev, who previously stated that Parliament did not plan to launch any reserves, including strategic, especially in cryptocurrency.
Zheleznyak stressed that the Getmantsev is not involved in the development of this bill.
