On December 10, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced further diplomatic steps aimed at ending the war and defining post-war solutions for Ukraine. The head of state held the first meeting with a group of American experts and officials who will work on a document on the reconstruction and economic recovery of the country.

The US delegation included Scott Bessent, Jared Kushner and Larry Fink. According to Zelenskyi, the conversation was “productive” and focused on the key mechanisms and visions of Ukraine’s recovery.
The President noted: “We have already prepared the Ukrainian view on the basic 20 points of the fundamental document for the end of the war.”
Contacts with partners continue around the clock, and the main goal is to agree on realistic and effective steps that will ensure peace conditions worthy of Ukraine.
Zelensky expressed gratitude to Donald Trump and his team for “meaningful work and support.” He expects to deliver the 20-point document to the US in the near future after coordination with President Trump’s team and European partners. Also, a meeting in the format of the “Coalition of the Willing” regarding security guarantees is planned for tomorrow.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine communicates with international partners daily, practically 24/7, to determine realistic steps to end the war and ensure the safe reconstruction of the country.
On December 9, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the preparation of the proposals of Ukraine and Europe for the “peace plan” was completed at the level of national security advisors.
Zelensky also told what was discussed at the talks with the leaders of the allies in London.
