On the eve of St. Nicholas Day, President Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska met with a large foster family that is raising seven children.
The wife of the President wrote about it in Telegram .
“A very warm and sincere meeting on the eve of St. Nicholas Day with a large adoptive family that is raising seven children. Like many Ukrainian families, after the occupation of the house they had to start life over. But resilience, care and mutual support helped to pass these tests. Thank you Vasyl and Natalya for this kind of upbringing of our Ukrainian children,” she wrote.
The photos in the publication indicate that President Volodymyr Zelenskyi also joined the meeting.
The post also expresses gratitude to entrepreneur Dell Loy Hansen, thanks to whose support within the framework of the “Childhood Address” project, the Elena Zelenska Foundation was able to build this house for a foster family.
