The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, held a meeting with government officials, where he summarized the results of the first hundred days of work and defined key priorities for the next period. The President emphasized that defense, restoration of energy, support of people and pressure on Russia require clear results from every government official.

Energy security and recovery
Zelensky gave a number of urgent instructions in the field of energy:
- Financing of gas imports: Instructed to provide immediately full funding gas import. Currently, 70% of the required amount is provided, the rest of the amount is an understanding of how to accumulate.
- Equipment for generation: The ministers of foreign affairs and energy should ensure the implementation of agreements with Germany, Norway, Italy, the Netherlands and the European Commission regarding the supply equipment for power generation.
Defense-industrial complex and sanctions
- Production of drones: Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal received the task to complete the plan for the production and supply of drones by the end of the year (FPVs, interceptors and attack UAVs). By the end of the year, the indicator is expected to be released 50+% of Ukrainian-made weapons.
- Export of weapons: The program of controlled export of Ukrainian weapons should start already next month.
- Synchronization of sanctions: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andrii Sibiza, has been instructed to intensify work on synchronization of sanctions against Russia. In particular, the 19th package of EU sanctions must be agreed “in all key European countries, even outside the EU.”
Social support and finances
- Restoration of the frontline regions: Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction, reported on the restoration of water supply for Mykolaiv and the cities of the Dnipro Oblast. The pace of implementation of support programs for the frontline regions was recognized as “sufficiently high”.
- Medicine: Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko must ensure lowering prices and increasing the availability of medicines for Ukrainians.
- Russian assets: The Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, has been instructed to work out the directions to which the funds from frozen Russian assetswith special attention to support of veterans and heroes.
- Education and culture: In the field of education, the main task is to ensure a salary increase for teachers in schools and lecturers in institutions of higher education next year. Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy Tetyana Berezhna should attract international funds to the sphere of culture.
- Digitization: First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov reported on the development of digitalization, including the introduction of new services in Diya, electronic notary and electronic justice.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, also instructed the Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, to prepare a list of specific public needs to which the funds received from frozen Russian assets should be directed.
Zelensky also explained Tusk’s statement about Ukraine’s readiness to fight for 2-3 years.
