Volodymyr Zelenskyy told this during a briefing.
“I had two calls with President Trump today in different formats. The first call was, we spoke with him that it is very important for Ukraine. It is a ceasefire, in principle, the unconditional things we discussed in Istanbul and constantly before, ”Zelensky said.
The second topic of the discussion was the United States’s willingness to go to more serious sanctions against Russia.

Zelensky also asked Trump that if the vision of the Russian side is not supported by Ukraine, “we would like us to be able to talk about it and that the US may be able to consider it as a unwillingness of the Russian side to end the war, because some or other difficult conditions can be offered.”
