The Parliament -supported document establishes clear terms during which law enforcement agencies may file a lawsuit against the entrepreneur on unfair acquisition of land.
The bill also defines the list of objects that the right of conscientious acquirer does not apply. Another rule is the guarantee of reimbursement of investments to the entrepreneur in the case of a court decision on the return of the asset to the state.
The document was supported by 32 business associations-the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (Soup), the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FRA), the European Business Association (EBA), etc.
