During the years of his presidency, Zelensky has visited dozens of countries.
Most often, it has been in Poland – ten times, in the US, Germany and France – nine times, in Belgium – eight times. The UK, Turkey, Lithuania and Italy are important areas, where Zelensky made five to six visits.
Among less frequent but strategically important trips are visits to Japan, Canada, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.
Zelensky actively uses diplomacy to strengthen Ukraine’s international support in the war against the Russian Federation. His meetings with European Union leaders, NATO, and US President Joe Biden and other influential politicians have become key in shaping the Anti -Putin Coalition.
Particularly indicative was the first visit to the United States after the start of a full -scale invasion of Russia – then Zelensky made a joint meeting of Congress and negotiated with Joe Biden.
The geography of international trips of the President covers both European countries and the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. In particular, Zelensky visited Japan, Qatar, UAE, Israel, Argentina, Philippines, Cabo-Verde and other countries.
