The first deputy chairman of the Lviv OVA Andriy Holyuk noted that the appeal was sent to the President’s office two days ago.
“At the beginning of January 2025, there was an appeal from one of the NGOs with a package of award documents on submission to Irina Farion as a” Hero of Ukraine “posthumously. The documents were considered within the framework of the award commission at fishing. The award commission recommended that the head of the Ova support the said submission and send him in accordance with the procedure established by law to the President of Ukraine, ”Andriy Holy said.
