“Today, I signed a decree reducing bureaucratic procedures and conducting an immediate audit of government expenditures,” Zelensky said in an address.
The head of state emphasized that it expects specific results from the Government of Ukraine within a month. According to him, the main goal is to reorient state resources as much as possible to the needs of defense and strengthen the country’s sustainability.
The President also said that tangible deregulation steps were being prepared to ensure greater freedom for citizens.
“We will do all this for sure,” Zelensky emphasized.
Zelensky also gave Shmigal and Umerov for 10 days to audit agreements with partners on the supply of weapons, joint industries, investments in order to “really ensure their implementation”.
