The President of Ukraine signed Decree No. 345/2025, which imposed personal sanctions against a number of persons, in particular former People’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk, son of Motor Sich Motor, Alexander Boguslaev and the founder of Rostislav Shaposhnikov.
The document came into force on May 25 – to give its official publication.
Sanctions provide a wide range of restrictions. For Boguslaev Jr., in particular, temporary blocking of assets, a ban on trade operations, participation in privatization and public procurement, technology transfer, conclusion of transactions and payment of dividends. He also prohibits flights and transit of resources through the territory of Ukraine, the effect of all permits, including the use of subsoil, as well as transactions with securities, increase in capital and participation in joint projects.
Identical restrictions were applied to Mosiychuk, as well as to Shaposhnikov.
Recall that EU leaders and Germany are negotiating with all the stakeholders in the United States on new sanctions against Russia.
We have already reported that next week Ukraine will apply to the European Union with a proposal to adopt a new package of sanctions against Russia. The plan will include the seizure of Russian assets, sanctions against foreign buyers of Russian oil and strengthening of extraterritorial restrictions.
