President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky hinted at Hungary, saying that the European integration process was slowed through the position of a separate EU member.

He reported this when communicating with media representatives on the results of a meeting with his Czech colleague Peter Paul.

“The European Union requires more unity, speed and ability to fulfill the promised. Ukraine fulfills its part of the entry and the negotiation process, ”Zelensky emphasized.

It should be reminded that Hungary refused to support the findings of the European Council on assistance to Ukraine, in particular the initiative of the head of European diplomacy of Kai Callas on military support, stating that this is contrary to its strategic interests.

Recall that Italy and Spain have expressed a restraint on the European Union’s proposal to allocate up to 40 billion euros for Ukraine’s military support in 2025.

European leaders no longer consider Hungary’s position on Ukraine and do not expect its consent. In the EU, they found a loophole how to bypass Budapest.
