On March 5, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz.
Zelensky wrote about it in a telegram.
“Frankly dialogue on many issues and our vision of future security architecture. We count on the unity of Europe around Ukraine and work for this. We all want a safe future for our people. Not a temporary ceasefire, but the end of the war forever. Thanks to our coordination and US leadership, it is absolutely realistic to achieve this, ”the President said.
Zelensky promised Scholz that Ukrainians would always remember what Germany made in strengthening the Ukrainian air shield and most importantly – in the protection of thousands of people.
“We see how you can increase interaction in this direction. We will work, ”the President summed up.
Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz stated that Ukraine should not encounter obstacles to the EU. He believes that US President Donald Trump’s statement that Ukraine is guilty of war is not true.
German Chancellor Olaf Sholf eliminated the likelihood of single -way agreements in the US and Russia regarding the end of the war in Ukraine. Security without European countries is impossible.
