President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called a completely immoral situation with frauds at the purchase of Reb and drones at the high prices of one of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as heads of district and city administrations and servicemen of the National Guard.
Zelensky reported this in his evening address to Ukrainians.
“Unfortunately, these were frauds on the procurement of the IEC and FPV. Absolutely immoral. There must be a complete and fair responsibility for it. I thanked the heads of anti -corruption bodies for this work – for such revelations. I want to thank for teamwork. There are all opportunities in NABU and SAP to work effectively. We count on fair sentences, ”Zelensky said.
He also added that the National Guard continues a service investigation. They expect serious results.
“On all logistics units in the National Guard, only combat officers will hold management positions. He instructed the Minister to present all the details of the innovations in public, ”Zelensky added.
It should be reminded that at an extraordinary meeting the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine agreed to the release of Sergei Gaidai from the post of head of the Mukachevo RDA. Gaidai suspected in participation in the scheme for the purchase of drones and EW at a budget expense at inflated prices.
On August 2, it became known that NABU and SAP had exposed large -scale corruption when purchasing drones and rebells. In particular, the contracts were concluded at deliberately inflated prices. Schemes included the persons involved:

The beneficiary of the company and the director of the company – supplier of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The National Guard commander promptly dismissed the persons involved in the purchase of drones and EW at a budget expense at inflated prices, which involved the People’s Deputy Alexei Kuznetsov and the head of the Mukachevo military district administration Sergey Gaidai.
