President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that China is actually helping Russia and is not interested in Ukraine’s victory.
He said this during a press conference in Brussels.
According to the head of state, Chinese leader Xi Jinping assured him that he would not supply weapons to Russia, but Beijing’s position suggests otherwise.
“China is not interested in the unity of Europe and the United States, as well as in the weak position of Moscow,” Zelensky noted, stressing that such a strategy works in favor of the aggressor.
In addition, the president emphasized that Ukraine has never used American long-range weapons for strikes on the territory of Russia. All attacks were carried out exclusively on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which corresponds to international agreements with partners.
It will be recalled that Zelensky offered to change the queue for Patriot deliveries.
Zelenskyi also hinted at the possibility of receiving a Tomahawk from the United States.
