Zelensky called the share of Ukrainian weapons applied to the front

President Volodymyr Zelensky state announced this during the ceremony of commemoration of Ukrainian defense workers.

“Today he noted the awards of workers of our defense-industrial complex. More than 40 % of all weapons used on the Front for Defense of Ukraine are produced in Ukraine. And the trend is unchanged: Ukraine will do more and more to guarantee its safety – independently and with partners. I thank all the workers of our defense industries for your work, ”Zelensky said.

Last year, the defense industry of Ukraine produced products for $ 9 billion, providing a third of all economic growth of the country.

In 2024, Ukraine released a record number of artsystems, long-range and FPV. In this case, 40% were made at its own expense. This year it is planned to be released even more.

On February 3, the Ukrainian Defense Industry and the Polish Group Group signed a memorandum that defines the main directions of defense cooperation between the two countries.
